Linda Shinn, MBA, RN, CAE, is a Principal in the Consensus Management Group (CMG),in Indianapolis, Indiana. CMG is an association-management consulting firm, engaged in training, strategic planning and governance, and management and operational audits. Prior to joining CMG, Ms. Shinn served as Deputy Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the American Nurses Association. Ms. Shinn is a Certified Association Executive and a Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives.
